Vessel information
Established in 1983, Pro Dive Cairns is one of Australia’s premier scuba diving schools and Great Barrier Reef liveaboard dive operator. The organisation specialises in all levels of diver training from beginner to professional, as well as three-day dive trips and retail sales of dive, snorkel, and water sports equipment. As a 5-Star PADI Training and Instructor Development Centre, Pro Dive Cairns is recognised internationally for high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
The Pro Dive Cairns training facility is the largest and most up-to-date purpose-built facility on the Great Barrier Reef and comes complete with six air-conditioned classrooms and two large four-metre deep heated training pools. Combine this with spectacular dive locations on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef and there truly is no better place in the world to learn to dive!
Tours are operated using three premium, custom-built dive vessels which spend two nights exploring the Great Barrier Reef – because one day is never enough. Itineraries incorporate a selection of Pro Dive Cairns’ 19 exceptional outer reef dive sites, spread over the four magnificent reefs of Flynn, Thetford, Milln, and Pellowe. During these personalised adventures, guests will have the opportunity to participate in up to 11 dives, including two-night dives, as well as some great snorkelling.
