The main island hosts a specialty à la carte seafood restaurant and an all-you-can-eat buffet with a range of international dining options, as well as a pool bar at the heart of the resort. An additional adult’s only restaurant and pool bar are reserved for guests of the Platinum Island. International beverages are served at both bars, including spirits, wine, champagne, and soft drinks.

Diving from Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa

Dive and Sail at Chaaya Lagoon Hakuraa was the first water sport centre to open and operate in Meemu Atoll. It is managed by a dedicated international team of instructors who strive to give guests the most effective guidance and memorable diving experiences possible. The dive centre is located at the main jetty and incorporates a well-stocked shop, small workshop, air-conditioned classroom with modern audio and video equipment, convenient toilets and showers, and spacious equipment storage. 

A variety of excursions to around 40 dive sites are offered, including dusk and night dives, providing plenty of flexibility for guests. Diving is done from a dedicated dhoni equipped with a sun deck and toilet, as well as first aid and oxygen kits. Dive and Sail also offers a full range of PADI courses, from beginner to divemaster, including a variety of specialities. Rental equipment consists of SeaQuest BCDs, Aqualung regulators with octopus and console, Suunto dive computers, and underwater cameras and torches, 3mm neoprene shortie wetsuits, weight belts, and weights. Of course, masks, snorkels and fins are also available.
