Day 1:
Upon arrival on the day of the safari start, guests will be met by an EcoPro Divers staff member at their fight arrival time in front of the arrival exit door, after baggage claim, at Komodo airport in Labuan Bajo - easily recognizable by a sign reading "EcoPro Divers" or “EcoPro Duyung Baru”. Our staff will then bring you to the boat for check in. For guests already staying at a hotel in Labuan Bajo, the meeting point will be at the harbour KP3 jetty at 11 am. Please allow us to coordinate all arrivals in the best way and eventually accept a very little waiting time. Latest check in will be 12 pm.
Days 2-9:
This seasonal itinerary covers the best of Central and Northern Komodo, when dry season conditions bring clear skies, calm seas, and excellent visibility. Expect vibrant reefs, thrilling drift dives, and a high chance of seeing manta rays, reef sharks, and schooling pelagics. North Komodo is known for rich coral gardens and action-packed dive sites that are ideal during the mid-year months.
On the day of arrival and departure there are no dives, and on the Marine Park days we do 3 dives. On the day before departure there will be one or two dives in the morning.
Central Komodo is home to world-renowned dive sites like Batu Bolong, Manta Point, and Tatawa Besar. Here, you’ll find everything from towering coral pinnacles teeming with reef fish to gentle manta rays gliding through the currents. The coral gardens are some of the healthiest in Indonesia, bursting with color and life—from nudibranchs and pygmy seahorses to swirling schools of fusiliers and trevallies.
Activities: Beach visits, Komodo Dragon excursion, Padar excursion, snorkeling.
