Handled very efficiently the change of resort, with always very rapid and professional from Adam Broadbent. Only item of suggestion is that your team should visit more resorts that you suggest highlighting the peculiarities of each (for instance Joali Being, I was sent to after Joali closed, has a very nice design (beautiful villas) but is totally inappropriate for families with kids, has only 2 restaurants next to each other (almost no change), etc. etc.

Very good. A lot of help given with difficulties over cancelled flights. Somebody always responded to questions quickly using Whatsapp. Just incorrect info over visas stopped it being 5 stars!
