I am over 60 and for the last 38 years I have taken a vacation with my wife and family at least twice a year. I am very independent and feel more comfortable making all arrangements on my own. I have never trusted my vacation plans to someone else until now. I have got to tell you that was the most relaxed vacation I have ever been on. Your arrangements were perfect. I was nervous when I boarded the plane but after arrival in Denpasar and seeing my name on a piece of paper from Ceningan Divers my fears diminished. Everything was as you said it would be. You could not have recommended a more perfect diving place. What a great environment, staff and diving conditions. I would recommend Ceningan Divers and Zublu to anyone. I cannot thank you enough for a great vacation. You have earned my respect and business. I will be talking with you in six months to plan my next diving experience. What a great company you have built.

Zublu makes it extremely difficult to find a point you could criticize. The website is great, I LOVE the newsletter with all the information on different dive spots and special offers. The communication with Vici and Sophie from Customer service is amazing too. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely fast to reply too. We will definitely book with zublu again.

My wife and I booked our first liveaboard through Zublu and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Being relatively new divers, we weren’t the easiest customers to deal with. We changed our destination and itinerary several times. Adam was extremely patient and very attentive. He gave us many options and his team helped us throughout our trip. I’m looking forward to using Zublu again in the future! Highly recommended.

Nothing but superlatives. This is the second time I have used ZuBlu, unfortunatly the first occasion I was looking for a Diving holiday for a complete beginner, didn’t come to fruition, however the service, assistance, experienced on both occasions and most of all “advise and support” driven service to establish what I was looking for from the holiday, as opposed how much can they sell you, as I have experienced so many times with travel companies , for example ZuBlu not once asked what my budget was, they listened to my wishes both dive related and non dive related and then provided a range of destination options to meet all budgets, however all achieved my aspirations

I've worked in international health and travelled extensively for >20 years...totally comfortable sorting things out myself and have never used a travel agent for anything, ever. That said, so glad I engaged with ZuBlu for sorting out our 'once in a lifetime' trip to Raja Ampat - knowledgable, helpful, patient - great experience all around! ZuBlu was very responsive and made excellent recommendations for our family. I have done both a trip to Galapagos as a single driver on a LiveAboard (Galapagos Sky) as well as a family trip to Raja Ampat onboard the Senja with my family of four which was SPECTACULAR. They are very well informed and easily accessible and were patient answering our many questions.
