The newest addition to the Scuba Junkie family, Scuba Junkie Penida, is located in Nyuh village on the island’s north coast. This award-winning PADI 5-Star resort is well-respected within the industry for providing world-class diving trips in a fun, safe, and professional manner - and employing one of the region’s most passionate and energetic international teams. Diving from Scuba Junkie Penida
Scuba Junkie Penida offers up to three dives a day, with multiple trips departing the dive centre each morning. The resort’s custom dive boats are split by experience level, and each group includes no more than four guests per guide. Each day’s site selections will include options for all skill and comfort levels, with friendly hands-on service at sea, delicious food and drinks served on board, and plenty of room to relax between dives. From the resort, you’ll have access to dozens of the region’s best sites - with famous residents like turtles, sharks, and manta rays!

With the help of its conservation branch - Scuba Junkie SEAS - Scuba Junkie Penida holds several conservation-focused events throughout the year such as Manta Week, Marine Week, Turtle Week, and International Clean-up Day.
During these events, they give presentations, offer workshops, and undertake outreach programmes with the hope of raising awareness about threats to ocean life among guests, staff, and island locals. The Marine Megafauna Foundation are invited to such events, allowing them to join dives and collect data. Scuba Junkie’s dedicated team also holds a once-weekly dive site and beach clean-up that guests are welcome to participate in. Back on land, local produce and supplies are used wherever possible in the resort’s restaurant, and plastic is kept to an absolute minimum.
