Day 1: (1-2 dives)
Our staff will meet you upon your arrival at Komodo Airport or local hotel and transfer you to Blue Manta. Depending on arrival time, we do a check dive(s) at Bidadari and a night dive at Pulau Sebayur.

Day 2: South Komodo (4 dives)
Manta Alley to fly with mantas, Cannibal Rock, and Torpedo Alley at Nusa Kode.

Day 3: South Komodo (3-4 dives)
Explore Padar Island, one of our favourite regions in the park with some stunning and diverse dive sites such as 3 Sisters and Pillarsteen. Plus, a visit to Pink Beach.

Day 4: North Komodo (4 dives)
Castle Rock, Crystal Rock, and Shotgun at Gili Lawa Laut. Pinnacles, drift dives full of action with hunting fish such as jacks and sharks!

Day 5: North Komodo (4 dives)
Tatawa Besar and Kecil, Siaba Kecil, and Wainilu. Tons of Anthias, Napoleon wrasse, sharks, and an excellent night dive.

Day 6: North Komodo (4 dives)
Explore Batu Bolong and Mantas on the Moon (Makassar Reef).

Day 7: North Komodo (2 dives)
Diving around Siaba Bay and either Mawan or Pengah. This is followed by a walk on the wild side in search of Komodo dragons and trekking on one of the local Islands. Then we sail towards Labuan Bajo, where you will spend your last night on board. Plenty of time to wash and dry equipment.

Day 8: (0 dives)
Check out after a light breakfast and transfer to a local hotel or airport in time for check-in and flight. Take your pre-booked flight from Labuan Bajo to Bali.

Onboard Blue Manta

KM Blue Manta liveaboard can accommodate up to 22 guests in total comfort, with some of the region’s most roomy cabins. And, a nearly 1:1 crew to guest ratio helps to ensure outstanding personalised service at all times. Five meals are served onboard every day and can be enjoyed al fresco in the outdoor dining area, or the air-conditioned dining room for a more refined dining experience. When you aren’t out exploring, you’ll spend your days relaxing in the luxurious lounge equipped with a plasma TV, or topside on the sundeck - complete with comfortable daybeds and massage services with prior reservation.

Diving from Blue Manta

This boat is one of the region’s best for underwater photographers, with a spacious camera room, individual rinse tanks, an expansive outdoor work table, and blow-dry stations. Plus, a maximum of four divers per guide and groups split by experience level and air consumption give guests’ the best chance of capturing that perfect shot. The Blue Manta features four large dinghies, a shaded dive deck, and personal storage for each diver. Full rental equipment is available onboard, including dive computers and torches, and nitrox is provided at an additional cost. PADI Advanced Open Water and various speciality courses can be taken on specific journeys and with prior arrangement.
