The only detail was that on the first day we were asked to get on the ship at 9 am and only left around 16.00 because we had to wait more guests. Knowing this in advance, we would have stayed 1 extra day in Bali and fly on the same morning rather than spend 1 night in Sorong for nothing.

Excellent as always. There was a dispute over the price charged by one hotel and ZuBlu covered it. Annabelle was helpful and super-responsive before the trip. All the arrangements were perfect.

Great resort and easy booking process through Zu Blu. There was a bit of confusion with our board option on arrival which was unclear but was resolved at the resort. Essentially the options available at the resort differed slightly from those offered by Zu Blu eg. Unlimited unguided shore diving packages versus two guided dives a day (we had to pay extra for guided dives and for any shore of boat dives away from the house reef - this was not clear at time of booking and led to additional costs for our vacation) and all inclusive food versus b&b/hb options offered by Zu Blu.
