Vessel information
Dragon Dive Komodo is well known for offering outstanding and affordable facilities, and high standards for safety and fun. And, their recently remodelled vessel, the Shenron, doesn't disappoint. This liveaboard provides adventurous open-cabin and chartered voyages throughout Komodo National Park, with a choice of four or five-night itineraries exploring the north and south of the park. Each trip includes excursions to visit the region's namesake Komodo dragons, plus optional island treks and access to all the best dive sites in the area. You'll have the opportunity to explore coral gardens, take on exhilarating drift dives, and visit bustling cleaning stations in search of manta rays.
At 24-metres long, this vessel is surprisingly spacious, offering roomy private cabins, and open common areas that are ideal for outgoing guests. With multiple areas for sun tanning, over-water catamaran nets, and an open-air dining room, you'll probably spend most of your time outdoors. But, there's plenty of room to relax below deck too, with a comfortable indoor lounge and restaurant area. After the diving day is done, get to know the other guests on board, compare the best photos of the day, or curl up with a good book. This boat’s relaxed and social atmosphere makes it easy to feel perfectly at home.
