At 38-metres long, this vessel accommodates a maximum of 24 guests in 12 cabins and offers a choice of queen or bunk-style sleeping configurations. All cabins feature an ensuite bathroom and shower facilities. Palau Sport was designed and built as a dive yacht that put the comfort of divers first and foremost, ensuring every guest enjoys a stress-free and enjoyable dive experience at all times.
This highly-capable steel-hulled twin-engine pleasure yacht offers multiple itineraries throughout the Philippines Archipelago. Iconic destinations visited include Anilao, Apo Reef, Malapascua, Puerto Galera, Tubbataha Reef, and Verde Island, along with some lesser-known spots such as Busuanga and Calauit Island. And, as Palau Sport is managed by a team of seasoned industry professionals, guests can rest assured that every aspect of these trips has been meticulously-planned to maximise their time in the region.
Onboard Palau Sport
Located on the main deck, Palau Sport liveaboard’s air-conditioned dining room can comfortably accommodate all 24 guests and is where meals are typically served. The onboard chefs create sumptuous buffet meals that incorporate a selection of Filipino, Continental, and Asian dishes. A well-stocked cash bar is also located here, serving alcoholic drinks throughout the evening, along with an entertainment area for those looking to kick-back or stream dive footage. A second alfresco dining can be found at the very top of the vessel and comes with additional lounge chairs for relaxation. For underwater photographers, a charging station can also be found on the second level of the vessel, providing a central space to power cameras and other equipment.
Diving from Palau Sport
Palau Sport liveaboard comes complete with one of the biggest and well-equipped dive decks in the region, designed to meet the needs of all guests. Along with 24 individual dive stations, this space also features ample equipment storage bins, wash bins, drying areas, air nozzle cleaning jets, showers, and a convenient bathroom. What’s more, our dive deck was designed to provide easy and convenient access to the chase boats – just one step and you are off the deck. The 10-metre dive boats seat up to 15 people and are shaded for maximum comfort.
