About Mango House Seychelles
This is one of Mahe’s newest five-star facilities, only open to the public since July 2021. Part of the LXR family of resorts by Hilton, Mango House promises an atmosphere of luxury, punctuated by world-class hospitality and warm Seychellois service. Their concierge staff is happy to help plan every detail of your adventure, from luxury transfers to everyday activities, private fine dining, and once in a lifetime experiences around the island!
More than just a luxurious oceanfront retreat, Mango House offers a gateway to adventure, with unrivalled excursions from hiking the rugged coastline to games of golf on a scenic course surrounded by lush natural vegetation, or relaxing on an all-day private yacht cruise. Scout the island in style by mountain bike, rental car, semi-submarine, or helicopter. Nothing is too challenging for their team to arrange! Private tour guides, little details like snacks and sparkling wine, and private photographers are all available to help add to the experience.
Explore the resort
Mango House Seychelles’ 41 spacious villas and suites are perched right above the water, with fantastic views over Anse Aux Poules Bleues bay. Luxurious offerings include modern designer furnishings and optional upgrades ranging from private pools and spacious two-story floor plans to private butler service. Step outside your door to discover five delicious dining and drinking venues offering everything from fiery Creole cuisine to refined Japanese dishes and poolside poke, plus special menus for kids and an extensive list of imported beer, wine, and spirits.
The resort’s proximity to nature is one of its best features, with quiet forest paths, natural rock pools and grottos, and a long stretch of sandy beach waiting to be explored. Spend your days snorkelling on the house reef, kayaking and paddleboarding around the bay, or just splashing in the shallows. Then, head ashore to indulge in massage and bodywork at the day spa, three sun-kissed pools, a fully-equipped fitness centre, exercise classes, and dedicated personal trainers. All-day activities are available for kids at the Mango Pips club, with guided exploration, outdoor play, and special treats like crafts and souvenir photos.
Diving from Mango House
Mango House Seychelles partners with local dive centres and watersports centre Soul Seychelles to provide once in a lifetime experiences around the island of Mahe and beyond. Book a guided snorkelling tour, day trip leisure diving in one of the island’s stunning marine protected areas, or become a scuba student with a range of PADI courses from beginner to pro. Whale shark tours are also available in season, and exploration further afield around Silhouette Island and North Island can be arranged with prior notice.
The scuba diving sites on Mahe’s western coast are home to dramatic granite reefs encrusted in soft coral. Sea turtles, eagle rays, and even reef sharks can be spotted at depth, but there’s plenty to see in the shallows as well, with schooling fish and colourful formations. Conditions are calm enough for beginners, but adventurous visitors can get their kicks too, with submerged reefs and remote offshore banks swept by stronger currents. In addition to diving and snorkelling, Soul Seychelles offers a variety of watersports services ranging from surfing, paddleboarding, and sea kayaking to private yacht charter.
