About Liquid Dive Resort
Liquid is a small boutique dive resort situated on a secluded beach in Dauin, home to some of the best diving in the Philippines. Located just 20-minutes from the hustle and bustle of Dumaguete city, Liquid is peaceful yet convenient, offering a quiet retreat into nature. This resort is well-equipped to host scuba divers of all skill and certification levels, as well as dedicated underwater photographers, and couples or families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. And, with only 14 traditional cottages, Liquid boasts a laid-back atmosphere and charming ambiance that carries over into wonderful family-style meals and fun social evenings.
As an award-winning PADI 5-Star CDC dive centre, the service and facilities at Liquid Dive resort match the quality of diving along the coastline. This is an excellent option for starting or beginning your underwater education, with high standards for safety and fun, and quality instruction at all levels. You’ll enjoy small group sizes, expert facilities for personal gear, and plenty of guidance from one of the area’s top reviewed dive teams. Liquid’s garden restaurant offers a selection of Filipino, Asian and European inspired dishes made using locally sourced produce. The bar, located at the restaurant and nestled between the resort’s two pools, offers a wide selection of cocktails, local beers, fruit smoothies and soft drinks. After dark, the bar transforms into the resort’s main social space, providing plenty of comfortable seating, good music, billiards, and darts. Liquid’s gourmet coffee shop and chill out area also offer comfy furnishings and great views, making it the perfect place to relax with a homemade cookie and gourmet coffee before a day of spectacular diving.
Guests can also relax in Liquid’s dedicated massage cottage and European-style aromatic hot spring bath, designed to soothe weary travellers and stressed-out scuba divers. Daily mindfulness practices are also available, including hatha yoga, meditation, and more. Diving from Liquid Dumaguete
Liquid Dumaguete is a PADI 5-Star CDC resort, offering dive training from beginner to pro, plus a range of speciality and technical diving qualifications. With spacious classrooms, a well-organised gear room and an array of wash tanks, the resort’s exceptional attention to detail naturally translates into a safe and enjoyable diving experience. Additional facilities include secure gear storage, a dedicated training pool, hot showers, and nitrox for qualified guests. Full gear rental is available, including dive computers and torches, and underwater photography services can also be arranged.
Both boat and shore diving are possible here, with Liquid Dumaguete boasting access to over 40 incredible dive sites, including day trips to neighbouring Apo, Siquijor, and Sumilon islands. Night dives are also available - a great way to get up close and personal with Dauin’s most exciting macro wildlife, much of which is nocturnal. Each diving adventure includes expert guiding from eagle-eyed local spotters, small groups split by skill level and air consumption, and perfectly maintained gear and boats - complete with modern safety equipment and camera rinse bins onboard.
