On the Western shore of the Moalboal Peninsula, Kasai Village Beach Resort boasts a secluded setting away from the hustle and bustle of Cebu Island, but with easy access to its best attractions. Kasai Dive Academy is expertly-appointed to accommodate all experience levels and a variety of interests. Sites such as Sardine Run and Pescadore Island are under 30 minutes away, or guests can step right off the private beachfront and dive the house reef, swimming among healthy corals, colourful Mandarin Fish, and resident sea turtles. The resort provides state-of-the-art facilities for both recreational and technical diving, along with trained staff and equipment for freedivers and divers with disabilities. The dive centre offers equipment rental and boasts a range of quality gear for both divers and snorkelers, as well as a shop which sells all the necessary items. Underwater scooters, UV torches, 15-litre tanks, and Nitrox are all available at an additional cost. Kasai Village Resort offers fantastic experiences such as blackwater night diving, UV night diving, and underwater scooter diving, as well as supporting technical divers, freedivers, professional divers and disabled divers. In addition to top-rated entry level courses, the dive centre offers advanced training like underwater photography, normoxic and hypoxic tec diving, cave exploration, freediving, and rebreather diving.
Located on the southwest side of Cebu Island, Kasai Village Dive Academy has quick and easy access to more than 20 local dive sites including bays, advanced drifts, tec-friendly deep zones, wrecks, and world-class muck diving. Group sizes are kept small, and more experienced divers can opt to dive in independent buddy teams. Private guides and charters are also available and are popular among photographers after a flexible dive. Dry camera stations are located on board the boat, while the resort boasts a well-equipped photography room with uninterrupted power and brightly lit work benches.
The waters around the Moalboal Peninsula are packed with some of the highest biodiversity in the Philippines, from large pelagics to unique macrolife and schools with thousands of fish.
