For a more formal affair, East is a sophisticated Asian-inspired dining experience, combining flavours from Japan, Thailand and Indonesia. And, for a kid-free culinary atmosphere, guests can head to the adults-only Jetty Grill to sample Caribbean cooking at its finest.

Diving from Carlisle Bay Antigua
All diving activities at Carlisle Bay are overseen by the onsite operator, Azure Divers. Owned and managed by a group of PADI professionals who boast years of international experience, Azure Divers promises safe and enjoyable underwater excursions. Various scuba courses can be organised, utilising the resort’s pool or Carlisle Bay, while certified divers will be picked up directly at the resort.
The operator’s dive boat is a custom-built Island Hopper 30, complete with plenty of shade and a ladder for easy exit from the water. And, to maximise comfort, guest numbers are limited to just 12 divers per trip. Most dive sites visited by Azure Divers are located along the famous Cades Reef and can be reached within 5-10 minutes by boat. A two-tank trip is typically offered in the morning, with night dives available on request.
