For something more sophisticated, O Sole Mio serves up a la carte Italian specialities, while Asian delicacies can be found at Fuji, and traditional Mexican dishes delight guests at Cielito Lindo. At Allegro Cozumel, the dive centre is located on the beach, close to the jetty, and is staffed by a qualified multilingual team and instructors. A full range of scuba certification courses can be undertaken here, catering to guests of all kinds, and nitrox is free for certified divers.
This dive centre operates up to five local dives each day, including night dives. Three dedicated dive boats are on hand to ferry guests to a variety of sites, most of which lie within a short, 10-minute trip from the jetty. Extended excursions can also be organised, travelling up and down the coast to experience the likes of Yucatan’s famous cenotes, and more. Rental gear is available on site, comprising 80 individual sets produced by top-quality brands such as ScubaPro and Cressi.
