Vessel information
MV Adora is a spacious 37-metre vessel operated by Maldives Boat Club, who boast more than 25 years of experience running scuba diving and surfing cruises around the Maldives – making it one of the longest running operators in the country. MV Adora was custom built in 2014, with every detail meticulously arranged to create truly unforgettable experiences for guests, and offering the same luxury and comforts expected from a hotel.
Owned by a Maldivian family who are committed to providing memorable adventures, this vessel aims to differentiate itself from other liveaboards by offering the highest standards of accommodation, facilities, and personalised service. MV Adora takes guests to the most popular dive sites around the Maldives, spending much of its time in the central region, and providing exciting trips to other areas or in search of specific marine life.
Onboard MV Adora
MV Adora is a sleek and modern custom-designed vessel built in 2014. The 37-metre boat can accommodate 21 guests in 11 cabins which are available in 3 types – Standard Rooms on the lower deck, Superior rooms on the middle deck, and Deluxe rooms on the Upper deck. Each fabulous cabin features a private bathroom, air-conditioning, minibar, lounge space, and TV – with Deluxe Rooms also boasting a private balcony. Meals on board are served buffet-style and combine tastes from the Maldives, India, and Sri Lanka, as well as International favourites. MV Adora also boasts a spacious air-conditioned salon and bar area equipped with an entertainment system, TV, and movies. On the top level, guests will find an elegant sun deck furnished with cushioned sunbeds and offering panoramic views.
Diving from MV Adora
The spacious dive deck is equipped with individual lockers for guest’s gear, as well as rinse tanks and warm, freshwater showers. Full equipment rental is available, including dive computers, and Nitrox is provided at an additional cost. Tanks with DIN valves are used with DIN/Int connections available if required. MV Adora offers PADI courses from Discover Scuba Diving through to Divemaster, and including Enriched Air Nitrox specialty. Safety equipment on board includes fire alarms, fire extinguishers, life jackets, first aid and oxygen kits, and a defibrillator. When not diving, guests can enjoy snorkelling, island hopping, or peaceful picnics on uninhabited islands.
