Day 1:
Transfer to the New Marina (El Wataneya) port and embark from 18:00 onwards. Welcome on board, cabin arrangement, and boat briefing. Permission work with the port authority, sailing very early the next morning.Day 2:
Early morning check dive at Temple or Ras Katy. Next dive is Jackfish Alley, where you can easily enter the small caves there. The third dive will be the Alternatives, a chain of seven pinnacles with numerous sand patches and resident leopard sharks. Night diving is very popular here.Day 3:
Very early morning the boat will sail to the wreck of the Thistlegorm, the most famous of the Red Sea wrecks, maybe even worldwide. There is so much to explore, so the plan is a minimum of two dives. The first one is an orientation of the outside, and the second dive is a penetrating one. For the third dive, your boat will sail to Small Passage, where two channels cut the reef system of Shaab Mahmoud and connect the sheltered lagoon to the open sea. A night dive inside the lagoon is optional.Day 4:
The first dive of the day will take you to the historical wreck of the Dunraven, which sank in April 1876—an old wooden wreck with plenty of room for passing through thousands of glassfish that live here in the shade of the wreck. Next dive is Shark and Yolanda Reef, the southernmost tip of the Sinai Peninsula with an endless wall unique in the Red Sea. Sailing back towards Sharm for your third dive at Ras Zatar, Ras Ghazlani, or may be in Ras Um Sid. Return to the New Marina (El Wataneya) port and disembark by 16:00 at the latest.Sample itineraries are for guidance only. And the Snefro Pearl is one of their best boats for exploring the region's central and northern waters. This liveaboard offers luxurious and adventurous itineraries and chartered voyages, with trips lasting between four and eight days. Depending on which route you choose, you'll be exploring colourful coral gardens, spooky WWII era shipwrecks, plunging walls, and pristine deep water sites known for up-close encounters with pelagics like reef sharks and eagle rays.
The Snefro Pearl was designed for liveaboard adventures, with diver-friendly details to help you make the most of your trip. You'll find plenty of room to relax in between tanks with spacious guest cabins, oversized air-conditioned indoor areas, and multiple places to spread out in the sun or shade. Onboard Snefro Pearl
Built in 2012, the Snefro Pearl is one of this fleet's smaller and more intimate options for liveaboard diving in Egypt's northern and central Red Sea. This modern safari yacht sleeps just 12 guests in six spacious rooms, with generous options including one upper deck double cabin, and one master suite. You'll also find two spacious air-conditioned lounges with plenty of room to relax in between dives, and a full bar. Three lavish buffets are served each day, offering a blend of Western and local dishes, plus unexpected treats like freshly baked bread and desserts. Head above deck to enjoy multiple sun and shade areas with loungers, plus plenty room to enjoy your meals al fresco - with stunning panoramic views of the region.
Diving from Snefro Pearl
The Snefro Pearl was designed with divers in mind, offering plenty of small details to help you make the most of your time in the water. Setup and buddy checks are a breeze on the spacious shaded dive deck, and entrance and exit are super simple thanks to a custom-designed dive tender. You'll also have access to well-maintained rental equipment, free nitrox for qualified divers, and WiFi for uploading the day's best underwater photography. A range of PADI courses including specialities, rental of 15l tanks, manifolds and sidemount equipment can all be paid for onboard. The Snefro Pearl offers scheduled four to eight-day expeditions throughout the region, with a focus on the northern and central Red Sea and highlights like Ras Mohammed National Park and the Thistlegorm wreck.
