Day 1: Arrival at Ternate
Arrival at Ternate airport. Transfer to the boat and breakfast on board. Introducing the crew and general briefing on the life of the boat and the safety rules.
Day 2-11:
This journey takes you from Sorong in Irian Jaya, through the Molucca Sea past Halmahera, and ends in the historic city of Ternate in the North Maluku islands. The 650-nautical-mile expedition offers a remarkable blend of breathtaking land and seascapes. The adventure begins with a taste of the stunning coral reefs of Raja Ampat. On the southern coast of Halmahera, you’ll dive dramatic walls and drop-offs teeming with large pelagic fish. The small islands off Halmahera’s western coast offer vibrant coral reefs and exceptional marine biodiversity. The trip concludes in Ternate, a city rich in history and culture, framed by the iconic volcanic Mount Gamalama. Ternate’s surrounding waters boast pristine reefs and abundant marine life, making it the perfect finale to a journey filled with awe-inspiring underwater discoveries and exploration.
