Highlight of the year: Best of Oman (Sifah) 11N

One-way trip between the Daymaniyat Islands and the Hallaniyat Islands

Upon arrival at the airport, guests are met by a team member and transferred to the ship. Alternatively, hotel pick-up is available. Check-in on board begins at 2:00 PM. After arrival, guests are treated to a delicious lunch, and depending on the schedule, the ship departs either that same evening or the following morning.

During the summer months, the Oman Explorer operates in the north of the Sultanate, in the capital region near Muscat. These tours begin and end in Sifah, with three days spent at the Daymaniyat Islands, one day in Fahar, and 1.5 days in Bandar Khayran. The Daymaniyat Islands are a chain of nine islands with numerous dive sites for both beginners and advanced divers. 

The area is a nature reserve teeming with incredible fish life, leopard sharks, and numerous turtles. With a bit of luck, you might even encounter a whale shark. Fahal Island lies approximately 4 km off the coast of Muscat. Besides beautiful coral growth, sharks and stingrays can be spotted on the sandy seabed. The wreck of Al Munasir in Bandar Khayran is another highlight of this trip. Populated by moray eels, lobsters, numerous nudibranchs, and enormous schools of fish, it offers a diverse and exciting diving experience. The exact route depends on the weather and the diving experience of our guests. Route changes due to official regulations are reserved. 

Off the coast of Mirbat, the last stop of the crossing, there are beautiful old wrecks and the masses of fish that make Oman a unique destination! Here, we will make the last couple of dives.

Check-out takes place after breakfast at around 09:00, followed by transfer to the airport.
