Aqua Tiki III liveaboard is a beautiful modern catamaran offering unique and adventurous voyages in French Polynesia. Trips range from seven-days to more than two weeks on the water, focussing on the remote Tuamotu and Marquesas island – including the only circular itinerary around Fakarava’s famous shark-filled dive sites. Voyages include two dives a day in some of the world’s most remote and idyllic locations, along with enough additional activities to satisfy non-diving companions. And, with just ten guests on board, diligently cared for by a tight team of hospitality staff and crew, these trips are about as exciting and exclusive as it gets.

Day 1:
Arrive at the airport of Fakarava, welcome by the crew of the AQUA TIKI, then transfer onto the boat. Settling into your private cabin, tour of the village, water sports, swimming. Sunset with a cocktail, presentation of the trip, welcome party.

Day 2:
Early-morning departure for Fakarava's southern end, smooth sail through the lagoon, troll fishing. Anchorage off the Tetamanu village (pop. 6). Water sports or scuba diving. Lunch, land excursion, shell collecting, tour of the ancient village of Tetamanu and its church, scuba diving or water sport of your choice, and kayak. BBQ evening.

Day 3:
Morning rise in Fakarava's stunning lagoon, scuba diving or water sports, then excursion to the untamed beauty of the “pink sand motu”, beach, swim. Lunch, scuba-dive or water sport of your choice. Sunset on the lagoon, option of a Polynesian party on land.

Day 4:
Early morning departure for the northern end of Fakarava. Short sail and anchorage off the coral reef. Snorkeling or scuba diving in the famous Garua Pass (over half a mile wide!). Lunch, a scuba dive, and then a smooth sail to the village of Rotoava.

Day 5:
Breakfast, village tour, pearl farm tour if time allows, water sports and last swim, then back to shore and transfer to the airport. Polynesian farewell!
