Vessel information
Part of Egypt's renowned Dune fleet, Nemo offers an exciting selection of liveaboard itineraries throughout the Red Sea - with voyages in Egypt, and Djibouti. This vessel was entirely updated in 2011, modernising its already spacious and stylish interiors and adding additional facilities for divers. Nemo's dedicated crew is happy to help with whatever you may need during your trip, offering highly personalised customer service both in and out of the water. And, best of all, Nemo is an especially spacious option, with tons of room to relax during long passages and a laid-back atmosphere onboard.
Nemo's itineraries aren't just diverse when it comes to the destinations. This boat offers highly focused voyages, with themed trips taking in the best of Red Sea reef and wall diving, supersized marine wildlife like whale sharks and hammerheads, and sobering shipwrecks. Guests are also invited to participate in citizen science expeditions, working alongside researchers to collect information on some of the region's most exciting marine wildlife. Most of this boat's planned itineraries are best suited to advanced divers, with experience diving in a current and at depths beyond 30 metres.

You'll enjoy easy diving from two custom zodiacs - allowing your group to make descents straight into the action and return to Nemo with no long surface swims. Back on the spacious, shaded dive deck, you'll find individual gear storage, showers, and camera rinse bins. Nemo's highly-trained international team of instructors and guides is happy to give as much assistance or freedom as you prefer to help each guest enjoy the trip of a lifetime.
Top tips
- Bring a bit of pocket cash for onboard extras like gear rental, courses, gratuities, and drinks from the bar.
- You'll want to use nitrox while diving in some area - longer bottom times help with the search for hammerheads!
- Join one of Nemo's shark education itineraries for a chance to get hands-on working alongside researchers.
- Advanced open water certification and 50 logged dives are required to join this boat's most adventurous itineraries.
